Please note that when you book a treatment or therapy you are agreeing to and are bound by my terms and conditions at the time of booking. I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes are effective as soon as I contact you. Please check the latest terms and conditions on my website.

 

Accessibility:, 

I work from home and my treatment room is on the ground floor.    Assistance will always be given to you if you have mobility issues. Please let me know in advance if you will need extra space or help so I can ensure things are ready for you.

I take the safety of my clients very seriously and it is therefore paramount that you fill in a consultation form, which will be provided on your initial visit. I will tailor your treatment to your needs, so it is very important that you don't forget anything. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor prior to having a treatment, if necessary. 

 By participating in any treatment, you agree that you are physically fit and healthy and that I am not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.

To secure your booking:

Regrettably, due to many people cancelling an hour before their appointment time or simply not turning up at all, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, payed by BACS or cash. This will be deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your balance is required after your treatment by either cash, card or Bacs.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you book a treatment and need to cancel please give me as much notice as possible, so I can rebook your slot.  You are welcome to send someone in your place though if you can't make it.  If you don't attend without giving me any prior notice, I will charge you the full treatment cost on your next visit.

​If I have to cancel: 

In the unlikely event that I have to  cancel your treatment, I will refund your deposit and rearrange the treatment for the next available appointment time. 

I will give you as much notice as possible.
