Have you ever noticed how being outside makes you feel happier?

It is a proven fact that walking in forests, up mountains, being near water and simply surrounding yourself with nature significantly benefits your health and well being. It reduces depression, stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure, decreases the risk of cancer, improves short term memory, reduces inflammation and may even improve your vision and boost your immune system amongst other things.

 

I would love to take you on a wild journey and help you reconnect to Mother Earth. 

Come and experience some of what she has to offer with a walk in the woods, (barefoot if you are brave enough),  followed by a cacao ceremony, guided meditation and healing.
